The contest is open to individuals aged 21 and over.
Employees, affiliates, sponsors, and immediate family members of Cleveland Beer Week are not eligible to participate.
By entering the contest, participants grant Cleveland Beer Week the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted entry for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.
Cleveland Beer Week reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or tampers with the contest process. Cleveland Beer Week is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.
